If you don't yet have your own username to log in to Plus! for Schools, you'll need to submit a request to your school using the Account Application Wizard. It's quick and easy to do and we'll guide you through the process step by step.
If you already have a login, but have lost your password you can reset it using our online password reset tool.
For all other problems relating to logging in, you'll need to get in touch with your School Administrator directly to request that your password is reset. This can usually be done while you're on the phone and will be confirmed to you by email.
Please note that Plus4Schools/Plus4Group Ltd cannot reset passwords other than via the password reset tool. You must contact your school directly.
If you have a login username and a valid password, but you are still unable to login, please check the CAPS LOCK setting on your keyboard to be sure that you are entering upper and lower case letters correctly. If using a laptop or keyboard that does not have a separate numeric keypad, please also check the NUM LOCK setting.
You may receive a more specific error message if your login fails - if so please note it down to allow help your School Administrator to resolve the problem quickly for you.
Your secret word is the security word that you entered during the account application process. This is not the same as your password. If you have lost or forgotten your secret word, you'll need to telephone your School Administrator directly to ask for a reminder. This can usually be done while you're on the phone.
Please note that Plus4Schools/Plus4Group Ltd cannot discuss secret words, you must contact your school directly.
